FieldPulse builds SMS networks based on representative population samples. The SMS surveys complement FieldPulse's extensive baseline data, allowing for real-time updates and measurements of change-over-time. The SMS surveys can be targeted based on demographic, geographic, and socioeconomic characteristics.
By allowing for high-frequency updates, this system creates new possibilities for polling and evaluations. Public opinion and welfare can be monitored on a weekly basis or in the aftermath of unexpected events. For evaluations, repeated surveys provide a low-cost means of measuring both short-term and long-term effects, and can be easily integrated with randomized interventions.
For all surveys, FieldPulse delivers a report that summarizes and analyzes key results, and includes publication-quality maps and figures. FieldPulse works with the client to design the most effective survey questions.
